Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order.

• Returns after 30 days will be issued a store credit.
• Returns must be unworn and in its original condition, with tags.
• You must receive a return authorization number. Please contact us at returns@klingbags.com for the number and your reason for return
• Returns must include a copy of the invoice and return authorization number
• Credits for returns will be for the product only, not shipping.
• Exchanges will be charged for shipping.
• You are responsible for shipping charges for returning the item.
• kling is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend sending it insured for the cost of the product and with a tracking number.
